For children, being PHYSICALLY  ACTIVE is A LOT OF FUN.   

Physical activity is not only a LOT OF FUN but EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL,  over the short-term and the long-term.  For example, children need to be active for healthy growth and development. 

The vital role of PARENTS in fostering healthy growth and development in the lives of their children through physical activity is one that should not be underestimated.  Similarily, physical inactivity should not even be a consideration.      

However, with barriers such as demanding schedules, hard circumstances, and, or lack of means and time, parents must take advantage of the valuable resources and give children opportunities to be physically active.

 

If children have opportunities to be active early on, children will most likely be active their whole lives!!!!
